I wrote the Eco Frugal guide to reconcile purchasing power and ecology
Philippe Lévêque wrote the Eco Frugal guide which is available for free download at: https://www.monatelier-ecofrugal.fr/guide/. It teaches simple methods for daily life on how to find easy, cheap, concrete and eco friendly solutions in order to live better, consume more responsibly and spend less. The many examples given allow readers to transform good intentions into good habits. The Eco Frugal sharing workshops are also organised at the Eco Frugal “shed”. It is possible to improve our quality of life, consume less but more intelligently, as well as preserving the planet!
