With a 6% increase every year, farmed salmon is becoming one of the most consumed fish in the world. In processing plants, no one is making use of the skins of these thousands of salmon, except Stiven.

Stiven is Chilean but he lived and worked in the US for many years. A renowned designer, he travels the world at the behest of his clients. This time, we were the ones travelling to meet him, in Puerto Varas. And we didn’t regret it for an instant—this seaside resort along Lake Llanquihue is a pearl of Chilean Patagonia.
